Jacques Pepin's Crepes

Ingredients

2 tbsp. Butter

.5 Cup Flour

2 eggs

Pinch of salt

Larger pinch of sugar

¾ cup Milk


Directions

1) Melt butter in pan.


2) While better melts mix Flour, salt, sugar, eggs, and half of milk until all lumps are gone.


3) After lumps are gone add the rest of the milk.


4) Add melted butter to batter.


5) Cook crepes.


Serve with lemon curd, blueberries, strawberries, nuttella, or powdered sugar.
