Ingredients
3/4 cup very cold water
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 2/3 cups bread flour
1 tsp instant or rapid-rise yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1) In liquid measuring cup, combine water and oil.
2) Add Flour, yeast, and sugar to food processor and lock lid into place. Hold down pulse button for 1 sec then release. Repeat until combined ~5 pulses.
3) turn processor on, then slowly pour water mixture through feed tube until dough comes together and no dry flour remains, about 30 sec.
4) Stop food processor, Let dough sit for 10 mins. Add salt and process until dough forms a smooth ball, ~1 min. For pizza dough knead by hand for 1 min.
5) Stop food processor. Carefully remove blade. Transfer dough to bowl that has been oiled. Let rise in the refrigerator for up to 24 hrs. If refrigerated let come to room temp for 1 to 2 hrs.
6) Pinch dough into small balls. Roll in melted butter, then in sugar & cinnamon mixture. Place in greased pan to bake at 350 for 25 mins.
7) Drizzle with mixture of powered sugar, almond milk, vanilla, and salt.
