Ingredients:

1 c unsalted butter
1 c peanut butter
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2.5 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 chopped honey roasted peanuts
Dough:
1. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars together in a bowl; beat in eggs.
2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir into butter mixture; add peanuts. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour.
3. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for about 11 mins or until cookies begin to brown.
