Ginger-Garlic Paste

Put equal parts whole garlic cloves and ginger with skin removed in food processor with some canola oil. Only enough oil to get the ginger and garlic moving. Blend until its a smooth paste.


Store in a small glass jar in the fridge for 2 to 3 weeks. Make a big batch and you can use it for stir fries, sauteed veggies, and marinades.
